Stefanie Achilles advises domestic and foreign clients comprehensively on corporate law and MA transactions. She specialises in particular in advising on all management board, executive board and supervisory board matters and on corporate governance issues as well as preparing and assisting with general meetings and shareholders’ meetings, capital measures, restructuring, reorganisation measures and company acquisitions. Stefanie Achilles is also active in capital markets law, including providing ongoing advice to listed companies and assisting with IPOs. Stefanie Achilles also represents clients in court and out-of-court disputes as well as in arbitration proceedings, in particular in corporate disputes, including nullity and avoidance actions against shareholders‘ meetings and shareholder resolutions, in directors’ and officers’ liability actions and in post-MA disputes. Before joining von BOETTICHER Rechtsanwälte, Stefanie Achilles worked for several years as an associate in the corporate and capital markets law department at POELLATH.
