EXPERTISE
The core of Kristina Plank’s expertise is real estate law. She advises clients, specifically real estate funds and domestic and foreign private investors in all legal matters pertaining to real estate. Kristina Plank regularly advises on real estate transactions, project development, construction & architectural law and commercial leases, among others. With regard to real estate transactions, she handles legal due diligence matters as well as contract drafting and negotiations for real estate and hereditary building right acquisitions. Project developers, including developers of hotel complexes regularly rely on Kristina Plank’s comprehensive legal consulting and representation services in construction & architectural law, both in and out of court, as well as in independent evidence proceedings. Moreover, Kristina Plank renders her legal services to real estate funds and private investors in all legal matters pertaining to their real estate, in particular on matters of commercial leases, where she advises and represents clients in contract negotiations with commercial tenants and/or with respect to facility management or similar services. Kristina Plank has established a network of highly qualified cooperation partners to secure outside expertise, such as tax advice or representation or advice with respect to foreign jurisdictions for her clients.
