EXPERTISE
Kristina Plank’s expertise is real estate law. In particular, it advises real estate funds as well as domestic and foreign private investors on all issues relating to real estate. This includes real estate transactions, project development, construction and architectural law as well as commercial tenancy law. In the context of real estate transactions, Kristina Plank conducts legal due diligence, negotiates and drafts real estate and leasehold purchase agreements, among other things.
