Alessandro Coschignano advises clients on all aspects of commercial law matters, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law (including M&A, shareholder disputes and director and officer liability) and real estate law (particularly real estate transactions and commercial tenancy law). He represents clients in litigation and out-of-court proceedings throughout Germany. Drawing on his extensive litigation experience, he is regularly retained by fellow lawyers and law firms as litigation counsel in particularly complex and high-stakes disputes.

His clients include public notaries, domestic and international law firms, SMEs and their shareholders, high-net-worth individuals and families (including family offices), as well as members of the management and supervisory boards of listed companies, managing directors and partners of international law firms and accounting firms.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Coschignano lectures law students and trainee lawyers preparing for the First and Second German State Examinations.
