Verena Emter advises clients nationally and internationally in the areas of employment law, intellectual property law and pharmaceuticals / healthcare & life sciences. Her main practice areas include advising on collective and individual employment law issues in companies as well as competition law and trademark law. In addition, she advises on regulatory provisions in pharmaceutical and medical device law as well as in the area of healthcare compliance. She represents clients in and out of court and is active in drafting contracts in her areas of expertise.
