Sven Schlotzhauer advises on both the vendor and the user side of larger IT projects or the outsourcing of IT services. These include, for example, software launches, cloud computing projects, or the set-up of data centers. He has considerable experience in the legal navigation of problematic IT projects or the representation of clients in IT lawsuits. In the area of e-commerce, Sven regularly advises one of Germany’s top-selling online shops, a well-known B2B market place, as well as other Internet portals known all over Germany. Another focus of his work is data protection law, in particular in the area of the Internet and the employment law protection law. Before Sven joined von Boetticher in 2017, he worked with a large independent German law firm.
