Expertise

Gritta Hesse advises clients nationally and internationally in the areas of intellectual property law and pharmaceuticals / healthcare & life sciences. Her main practice areas include advising on the German Code on advertisement for pharmaceuticals (HWG). In addition, she advises on regulatory issues in pharmaceutical and medical device law as well as in the area of healthcare compliance. She represents clients in and out of court and is active in drafting contracts in her areas of expertise.

Qualifications

- Legal studies at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg
- Legal clerkship in Lower Saxony and Bavaria with stations at an international pharmaceutical company and the Medical Association of Lower Saxony
- Admitted to the German bar in 2023
