The core of Joachim Güntzer’s legal practice encompasses advice on matters of corporate and real estate law. A number of medium sized companies regularly rely on his legal support in all corporate law matters. He also frequently serves as counsel in shareholder disputes. In addition, Joachim Güntzer has extensive experience in matters of real estate law ranging from the planning and implementation of real estate transactions to legal advice on the day-to-day leasing and management of real estate.
