Bernhard Maierhofer’s main practice area comprises corporate & M&A as well as banking and capital markets law. He advises regularly on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings, including advice on private equity and venture capital transactions. Prior to his career at von BOETTICHER, Bernhard Maierhofer was senior associate for corporate and M&A at the global law firm of CMS Hasche Sigle. He works for international as well as mid-sized corporate clients from all types of industries.
