Expertise
Alessandro Coschignano advises his clients in a broad range of their commercial law matters, primarily in commercial and corporate law as well as in real estate law (especially in real estate transactions, tenancy law and private construction law), and he represents them successfully in and out of court throughout Germany. Due to his expertise and experience in litigation, he is also regularly requested by colleagues and law firms as an external advisor, especially in difficult and complex litigation situations.
Mr. Coschignano’s expertise is trusted not only by public notaries, national and international law firms, small and medium-sized companies and, in many cases, their shareholders, but also by high-net-worth individuals and families (including family offices) as well as board members of listed stock corporations, managing directors and partners of international law firms and auditing companies.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Coschignano gives lectures to law students and trainee lawyers preparing for their First and Second State Law Examinations.
